Return/Refund of Broken Products
Thanks for purchasing our products from Therma Wear. To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days after delivery. You may return the product if it breaks down during this 14-day period. However, defects or breakdowns due to abuse, negligence, accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs/modifications will not be covered. Proof of purchase (e.g., photos, videos) is required for warranty claims. Your evidence will be reviewed by our team.
This process may take up to 3 business days. After approval, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. If the product is damaged due to external influences, or you initiate the return after 14 calendar days, you are not eligible for a refund.

Special Case – 30-Day Warranty Shipping Option
If you selected the 30-day warranty shipping option at checkout, you can return your product within 30 calendar days after delivery. Returns are accepted for breakdowns during this 30-day period or if the product is broken on arrival. As above, defects due to abuse, negligence, accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs/modifications are not covered. Proof of purchase is required, and evidence will be verified by our team.
This process may take up to 3 business days, after which the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 5–10 business days to post. No refunds are given if you initiate a return after 30 calendar days.
